1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cash Per Answer rewards platform, where registered participants earn by reviewing selected products and completing trivia challenges. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Registration is required before accessing available activities.
• You may hold only one account, and the information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Activities and rewards

• Available tasks — trivia challenges and product reviews — are shown on your dashboard and may vary from day to day.
• Rewards are credited to your platform wallet for tasks that are completed and approved.
• Participants can earn up to UGX 37,000 per day by consistently completing available trivia questions and product reviews. Earnings depend on task availability and completion and are not guaranteed.

4. Honest participation

• Product reviews must reflect your genuine opinion and follow the guidelines shown with each task.
• Automated tools, copied content, duplicate accounts or other attempts to game the platform are not permitted.
• Tasks that fail review may be declined, and accounts that repeatedly break the rules may be suspended.

5. Withdrawals

Wallet balances can be withdrawn using the payout options shown in your account, including mobile money. Withdrawal processing times and any applicable minimums are displayed on the platform.

6. Intellectual property

By submitting a review, you grant Cash Per Answer and the relevant product partners a licence to use that review in connection with the product. The platform, its branding and its content remain the property of Cash Per Answer.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cash Per Answer is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including temporary unavailability of tasks or delays outside our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and significant changes will be communicated to registered participants through the platform.
